Small onion, garlic, dried red chilli, tamarind paste, fenugreek, coriander seeds, mustard, urad dhal, tuvar dhal, bengal gram, pepper corn, rice, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Dry roast coriander, fenugreek, tuvar dhal, urad dhal, bengal gram, rice, pepper corn, dried red chilli.
Grind them into a powder and mix with water.
Heat oil in a pan, and temper with mustard, fenugreek, curry leaves.
Add garlic, small onion and saute.
Add the ground mixture liquid.
Bring it to boil and add the asafoetida powder.
Add the tamarind paste and salt.
Mix and let it boil.
Remove from heat and serve.
