Vankozhi Milagu Varuval
Cooked vankozhi, small onions, ginger, garlic, ginger-garlic paste, fennel seeds, cumin, pepper corns, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, coconut oil.
Method Of Preparation :
Cook vankozhi with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and keep aside.
Dry roast fennel, cumin, pepper corn and grind into a powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add fennel, cumin, ginger, garlic, small onion, curry leaves, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste.
Saute and add the cooked vankozhi.
Stir and season with red chilli powder, salt.
Mix well and add coriander leaves, ground masala powder.
