Salem Mutton Chukka
Cooked mutton, small onion, ginger-garlic paste, garlic, dried red chilli, cinnamon, fennel seeds, pepper corns, fried bengal gram, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, curry leaves, salt, oil.
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, temper with fennel seeds, dried red chilli, curry leaves.
Add garlic, small onions and saute.
Add the cooked mutton and season with red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, salt and saute.
In a mixie, grind fried bengal gram and pepper corns into a powder.
Add this to the mutton and mix together.
Remove from heat and serve.
