Wheat flour, pirandai, tamarind, pepper, salt, ghee, oil.
Method Of Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan and saute pepper corn, pirandai.
Add tamarind, salt and saute well.
Let it cool and grind into a paste.
Take wheat flour in a bowl.
Add the ground paste, oil, water and knead into a chappathi dough.
Roll into chappathis and cook on a tawa with ghee.
Cook well on both sides and serve.
