Panivaragu Cauliflower Rice
Panivaragu, onion, tomato, cauliflower, ginger-garlic paste, coconut pieces, cashewnut, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation :
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cashew nuts.
Add some more oil and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seeds, onion.
Saute and add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, caulioflower, mint leaves, soaked panivaragu rice.
Stir together and add water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt.
Cook with the closed lid.
Finally add cashew nuts, coconut pieces and coriander leaves.
Panivaragu Cauliflower Rice is ready to serve.
