Chicken Bonda

Ingredients :

Chicken, besan flour, rice flour, boiled potato, onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, cinnamon, cumin, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper powder, curry leaves, mint leaves, salt, oil.

Method Of Preparation :
Grind chicken in a mixie and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, temper with cumin, cinnamon, curry leaves.
Add green chilli, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, pepper powder.
Saute and add the ground chicken.
Stir and add the boiled and mashed potatoes.
Add salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
Saute and form a mixture.
Make balls from this mixture.
In a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, water.
Mix well to make a batter.
Dip the chicken balls in it and deep fry in oil.


Pizza Samosa

Ingredients :
Maida, wheat flour, mozzarella cheese, milk, onion, tomato, capsicum (green, yellow, red), tomato sauce, pepper powder, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, butter, oil.

Method Of Preparation :
In a bowl, add maida, wheat flour, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, butter, milk, water.
Mix and knead into a dough.
In a bowl, add tomato, capsicum, onion, tomato sauce, pepper, mixed herbs, grated cheese, red chilli flakes, salt.
Mix everything well.
Roll the dough into small chappathi like shapes.
Make a cone out of it.
Stuff with the vegetable and cheese mixture.
Close the corners.
Deep fry in oil and serve.
