Kitchen Galatta is a cookery show which presents a variety of delicious, mouth watering and healthy food prepared by celebrities and chefs. Today’s specialities are Thinai Mutton Milagu Rice and Samai Egg Fried Rice, presented by celebrity chef Pazhani Murugan.

Thinai Mutton Milagu Rice
Ingredients :

Cooker thinai, cooked minced mutton, small onion, green chilli, garlic, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, oil.

Method Of Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan , add garlic, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and minced mutton.
Saute and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, salt.
Stir and add lemon juice, coriander leaves.
Then add the cooked thinai rice.
Mix everything together and add pepper powder.
Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.

Samai Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients :

Cooked samai, egg, onion, carrot, beans, capsicum (green, yellow, red ), garlic, fried bengal gram, pepper corn, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, oil.

Method Of Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, carrot, beans, capsicum.
Saute and add the eggs.
Stir and add curry leaves, coriander leaves.
Add the cooked thinai and mix well.
Grind fried bengal gram and pepper corn in a mixie.
Add this powder to the samai fried rice.
Add salt and mix everything together.
Remove from heat and serve.
