Burma Egg Masala
Boiled egg, red chilli flakes, fried onions, garlic oil, salt water, tamarind water, coriander leaves.
Method Of Preparation:
Cut the boiled eggs into two halves.
Place some fried onions, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, garlic pieces from the garlic oil on top of the egg.
Add some salt water, tamarind water.
Close the eggs together and serve.
Boiled noodles, banana stem, onion, cabbage, ginger-garlic paste, grated coconut, red chilli powder, fried onion, tamarind paste, red chilli flakes, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, besan flour, rice flour, coriander leaves, salt, garlic oil, oil.
Method of Preparation;
Grind grated coconut, poppy seed, fennel seed and water into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
Saute and add the banana stem, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, water.
Boil and add salt, the ground masala.
Boil again and add rice flour and besan flour mixed with water.
In a seperate bowl take onion, fried onion, cabbage, coriander leaves, tamarind paste, garlic oil, red chilli flakes, salt water, boiled noodles.
Mix well and finally add the bejo.
Mix and serve.
Boiled egg noodles, onion, cabbage, garlic, egg, lemon, besan flour, rice flour, fried bengal gram powder, bengal gram, cooking soda, red chilli flakes, fried onion, tamarind paste, salt, oil.
Method of Preparation:
In a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, soaked bengal gram, cooking soda, salt, egg.
Mix well into a mixture and deep fry in oil.
In a separate bowl add fried onion, red chilli flakes, onion, cabbage and mix.
Add garlic oil, tamarind paste, salt water, bengal gram powder, noodles.
Mix and add the prepared bejo.
Mix again and add lemon juice.
Burma Atho is ready to serve.
