Ingredients :
Egg, besan flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, oil.

Method Of Preparation :

Boil the egss and keep aside.
In a bowl add the besan flour, red chilli powder, bread crumbs, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, water.
Add water and make a thick mixture.
Keep it in the freezer for 5 -10 minutes and remove.
Take small portions of the dough and pat into a round shape.
Stuff and seal an egg inside this dough.
Deep fry this in oil and serve.

Kozhi Kara Varuval

Ingredients :
Chicken, onion, green chilli, garlic, curd, egg, lemon, dried red chilli,
fennal seed, besan flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt, oil;

Method Of Preparation :
In a bowl add chicken, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, egg, salt, besan flour, lemon juice and mix well together.
Deep fry in oil.
Heat some oil in a pan and temper with fennel seeds, dried red chilli, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilli, onion.
Saute and add the curd, red chiili powder, coriander powder, salt.
Stir and add the fried chicken.
Mix well and add an agg.
Stir again and remove from heat.

Kothu Kari Biryani

Ingredients :

Basmati rice, minced mutton, onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, lemon juice, curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, ghee.

Method Of Preparation :

Heat oil in a pan and temper with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
Add onions and saute.
Add tomatoes.
Grind garlic, ginger and green chilli together as a paste.
Add this to the pan and saute.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Stir and add red chilli powder, coriander powder,, garam masala, lemon juice, curd.
Saute and add the cooked minced meat.
Mix well and add the soaked Basmati rice.
Add ghee.
Place it on dum for 20 minutes and cook.
Remove and add ghee again.
Serve hot.
