Kungumapoo (Saffron) Paneer

Paneer, cashewnuts, fresh cream, curd, onion, ginger, garlic, grated coconut, garam masala, saffron, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation;
Grind cashew, grated coconut and keep aside.
Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and onion.
Saute till brown and add ground paste, garam masala, curd, saffron, salt.
Stir well and add paneer cubes.
Bring it to boil, pour milk and fresh cream.
Mix and remove from heat.
Garnish with fresh cream and saffron strands.

Potato Green Peas Puri

Potato, wheat flour, cheese, green chilli, garam masala, coriander leaves, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Mash the potatoes in a bowl and add chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, grated cheese.
Mix well and add the wheat flour gradually.
Knead it into a dough.
Roll it into puris.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
