Chow Chow Kondaikadalai ( Chickpeas ) Rice

Boiled rice, boiled chickpeas, chow chow, green chilli, grated coconut, mustard, urad dal, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt, oil.
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, temper with mustard seeds and urad dal.
Add green chilli, curry leaves, boiled chow chow and boiled chick peas.
Saute, add turmeric powder, salt and grated coconut.
Stir and add the boiled rice.
Mix everything well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fried cashew nuts.

Cheese Macaroni

Cheese, macaroni, milk, maida, pepper, butter, salt.
Method Of Preparation:
Boil water in a pan and cook the macaroni.
Heat butter in a pan, add maida and stir continuously without any lumps formation.
Add milk and cheese.
Stir well, till it gets a sauce consistency.
Then pour it over the cooked macaroni.
Sprinkle pepper and serve.

Burger Patty

Garlic, ginger, green chilli, capsicum, carrot, potato, green peas, chickpeas, vinegar, Happima Crispy Fry Mix, coriander leaves, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Boil and mash potato, carrot, green peas, chickpeas in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, capsicum and saute well.
Add the mashed vegetables, vinegar, salt and coriander leaves.
Mix well and let it cool.
Make flat patties.
Spread Happima mix on a plate.
Prepare a batter with Happima mix and water.
Coat the patty with happima powder and then dip in the Happima batter.
Then deep fry in oil.
Burger patty ready to serve.
