Kitchen Galatta is a cookery show which presents a variety of delicious, mouth watering and healthy food prepared by celebrities and chefs. Today’s specialities are Arabian Pulao, Arabian Chicken and Crispy Vegetable.

Arabian Pulao

Ingredients:
Rice, onion, tomato puree, garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and temper with cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Add garlic paste, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, tomato puree and saute well.
Season with salt, add water, soaked rice and cook with the lid closed.
Remove from heat and serve hot.

Arabian Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken, garlic paste, pepper, lemon juice, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Marinate chicken with garlic paste, pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Shallow fry the marinated chicken.
Arabian chicken is ready to serve.

Crispy Vegetable

Ingredients:
Potato, carrot, beans, onion, garlic paste, coriander leaves, Happima Crispy Fry Mix, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Boil potato, carrot, beans and keep in a bowl
Add sliced onion, garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves and happima mix to the vegetables and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry this mix.
Crispy vegetable is ready.
