Biscuit Pudding

Kitchen Galatta is a cookery show which presents a variety of delicious food prepared by celebrities and chefs. In this episode chef Meena Sudhir cooks Gujarati Roll and Biscuit Pudding. Krishnakumari prepares moongil arisi paal payasam in healthy cooking segment.

Gujarathi Roll

Wheat flour, besan flour, sugar, dried coconut powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and oil.
Method Of Preparation:
In a wide bowl add wheat flour, besan flour, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, with water and knead into a dough.
In another bowl add coconut dried powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida powder, sesame seeds, sugar, lemon juice and mix well.
Roll the dough into a chappathi and spread this mixture on top of it.
Then roll the chappathi, cut and deep fry in oil.

Biscuit Pudding

Biscuit, walnuts, fresh cream, powdered sugar, coco powder, butter.
Method Of Preparation:
Heat a pan, melt butter, add sugar gradually along with coco powder and mix well.
Keep aside this chocolate sauce.
Heat water, add coco powder, mix well and keep aside.
Grease the serving tray with butter.
Dip the biscuits in coco powder water and place it on the serving tray.
Add chocolate sauce on top of it.
Then add walnuts and fresh cream.
Refrigerate and serve.

Moongil Arisi Paal Payasam

Moongil arisi, karkandu, milk, Mithai Mate, cardamom powder, cashewnuts, ghee, saffron.
Method Of Preparation:
Soak and grind moongil arisi.
Pressure cook it in milk.
Add karkandu to it and mix well.
Fry cashewnuts in ghee and add.
Finally add cardamom powder and saffron dissolved in milk.
