Coconut Thadayal Fish

Ingredients:
Basa fish, dried coconut scrapings, rava, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mustard, curry leaves, salt, coconut oil.
Method Of Preparation:
In a bowl mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice into a paste.
Add the fish pieces to it and smear well with the masala.
Leave it to marinate.
In a flat bowl mix dried coconut, rava, mustard, curry leaves and salt together.
Take three sticks and pierce the fish pieces on it.
Heat oil in a tawa and shallow fry the fish on both the sides.
Serve hot.

Vegetable Roll

Ingredients:
Onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ginger, garlic, maida, cornflour, cheese, garam masala, pepper, salt, oil.
Method Of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and all the vegetables.
Season with salt, pepper, saute and keep aside.
In a bowl mix maida, cornflour, salt, pepper, water and make a batter.
Heat a tawa and make small dosas with the batter.
Spread maida and water mixed paste on top of the dosa and cut it into two halves.
Stuff each one with the vegetables, garam masala powder and cheese.
Roll it well, seal the ends and deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
