Fried Cabbage Fried Rice

Boiled Basmati rice, cabbage, cornflour, onion, soya sauce, tomato sauce, ginger-green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, spring onion, salt, oil.
Method of Preparation:
Heat a pan of water and half cook the cabbage and strain.
Add salt, ginger-green chilli paste, cornflour and mix well.
Make small round balls and deep fry in oil.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, onion, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, corn flour mixed in water and salt.
Stir and let the gravy thicken.
Add the fried cabbage, boiled basmati rice and mix everything together.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
