Burma Mohinga

Ingredients:
Boiled noodles, banana stem, onion, cabbage, ginger-garlic paste, grated coconut, red chilli powder, fried onion, tamarind paste, red chilli flakes, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, besan flour, rice flour, coriander leaves, salt, garlic oil, oil.

Method of Preparation;
Grind grated coconut, poppy seed, fennel seed and water into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
Saute and add the banana stem, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, water.
Boil and add salt, the ground masala.
Boil again and add rice flour and besan flour mixed with water.
In a seperate bowl take onion, fried onion, cabbage, coriander leaves, tamarind paste, garlic oil, red chilli flakes, salt water, boiled noodles.
Mix well and finally add the bejo.
Mix and serve.
