Homemade Butter Recipe in Tamil | How to make butter at home from milk | easy homemade butter | Homemade Veṇṇey
1.daily collect the Milk skin and keep that in a refrigerator.
2. after 1 week or 10 days get some amount of Milk skin.
3. Take that bowl and add 1 tsp curd and keep out side.
4. next day morning keep that bowl in refrigerator.
5. after 2 hrs take a mixer and pour small amount of milk skin and grind well(not continuously ).
6. at some sort of point you will see the butter in the mixer.
7, take that butter and put in pure water and then keep it in a bowl where you want to keep the butter.
8. Now its ready to use
